TAAN Class A Certified Guides

Every guide holds a TAAN Class A licence and Wilderness First Responder cert. Many have 10–20 years on these specific routes.

Small Private Groups, Max 12

Capped at 12 people — better safety at altitude, more personal guiding, and a genuine adventure rather than a tour.

Custom Private Itineraries

Every private trek is built around your fitness, schedule, and interests. You tell us the experience you want.

24/7 Support & Emergency Protocol

Emergency oxygen, satellite comms, and pulse oximeters on every trek. Our Kathmandu office is reachable around the clock.

Acclimatisation Days Built In

We never rush altitude gain. Every itinerary includes structured rest days that dramatically reduce altitude sickness risk.

Transparent All-Inclusive Pricing

No hidden extras. Accommodation, permits, meals, guides, and porters — all included. What you see is what you pay.

Responsible & Sustainable Trekking

Leave-no-trace policy, fair wages, and a portion of every booking goes into local school and trail maintenance projects.

60-Day Free Cancellation

Life is unpredictable. Cancel or reschedule up to 60 days before departure with no penalty — no questions asked.

You'll know who is walking with you.

Not “an experienced local guide” — a named person, assigned before you pay anything, who grew up in the valley you're walking into. Between them our lead guides have run 327+ treks.

Ask them anything before you commit — which month suits your fitness, whether a teenager will cope with the altitude, what the food is really like.

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your Himalayan trek. Still have questions? We reply to every message within a few hours.

Ask Us Anything
What is the best time of year to trek in Nepal?+

The two main trekking seasons are spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November). Both offer clear skies and stable trail conditions. Spring brings rhododendron blooms; autumn brings post-monsoon visibility with the sharpest mountain views.

Do I need prior trekking experience?+

For most of our standard routes (Poon Hill, Annapurna Base Camp), no prior trekking experience is required — just a reasonable fitness level. For high-altitude routes like the Annapurna Circuit or Manaslu, some previous multi-day walking helps significantly.

What altitude sickness risks should I be aware of?+

Altitude sickness (AMS) can affect anyone above 2,500m regardless of fitness. We build mandatory acclimatisation days into every high-altitude itinerary, carry pulse oximeters and emergency oxygen, and our guides are trained to recognise and respond to AMS symptoms.

Are your treks fully private or joined groups?+

Every trek we operate is 100% private — your group, your pace, your itinerary. We do not amalgamate strangers into shared departure groups. This is fundamental to the quality of experience we promise.

What is included in the trek price?+

All our trek prices include accommodation (tea houses or camping), meals on the trail, government permits (TIMS, ACAP/MCAP), a certified lead guide, and porters. International flights, travel insurance, and personal equipment are not included.

How do I book and what is the cancellation policy?+

Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the booking form. We require a 20% deposit to confirm your dates. You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before departure. Between 60–30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Under 30 days, 50% of the total is charged.
