Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any trekking packages with Annapurna Trekking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your booking.
- Booking and Payments
1.1 To secure a booking, you must complete the booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trek start date.
1.2 If the balance is not received by the due date, Annapurna Trekking reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
1.3 Bookings made within 30 days of the trek start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Annapurna Trekking in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before the trek start date: 25% of the total package cost
- Between 15 and 30 days before the trek start date: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 15 days before the trek start date: 100% of the total package cost
2.2 No refunds will be given for unused services or voluntary modifications to the itinerary made during the trek.
- Travel Insurance
3.1 All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking activities, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance provides adequate coverage for the duration of your trip.
- Health and Fitness
4.1 You must be in good physical condition to participate in our trekking packages. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must inform us at the time of booking and provide a medical certificate stating that you are fit to participate in the trek.
4.2 Annapurna Trekking reserves the right to refuse participation or require additional medical clearance if we believe a participant’s health could compromise their safety or the safety of others in the group.
- Itinerary Changes
5.1 While every effort will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary, Annapurna Trekking reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, political situations, or other factors beyond our control.
5.2 Any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be the responsibility of the participant.
- Liability
6.1 Annapurna Trekking is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trek, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
6.2 By booking with Annapurna Trekking, you acknowledge that trekking in remote regions carries inherent risks and dangers, and you agree to assume all such risks.
- Complaints
7.1 If you have any complaints during your trek, please bring them to the attention of your guide or a representative of Annapurna Trekking as soon as possible so that we can address the issue promptly.
- Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
