Booking terms
These are the main terms for booking a trek with Annapurna Trekking. Your written trip confirmation sets out the details for your own booking, so please read it before you pay.
Who you are booking with
Annapurna Trekking is a trekking brand of Swotah Travel & Adventure Pvt. Ltd., Golfutar-8, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, Nepal. Business registration: 158282/073/074.
Deposit and balance
A 20% deposit confirms your dates. The balance is due on arrival in Nepal.
If you cancel

| 60 to 30 days before departure | The deposit is non-refundable |
| Less than 30 days before departure | 50% of the total trip price is charged |
Travel insurance
Your insurance must cover your highest altitude and helicopter evacuation. Our trekking insurance guide lists what to check.
Route changes
Weather, floods, closed trails and cancelled flights can change a trek. Your guide may change the route or turn back for safety. Check our trek conditions update before you travel.
